Our On-Site Workshop
All jewellery repairs are carried out on-site in our own workshop, so your jewellery remains in our care throughout the process.
For selected repairs, and subject to workshop availability, we offer a one-hour or next-day service. Our team will advise you of the available options and expected timescale when your jewellery is assessed.
